Introducing imagination Camp!

We look forward to welcoming campers (ages 3 - 8) to a summer of themed fun!

Imagination Camp offers 8 individually themed weeks for campers to register for. Each week will have its own theme. You can sign your camper up for one week or the whole summer!

There will be no more than 8 campers to one adult.

We do not require 3-year-olds to be potty-trained.

Our camp is under the capable leadership of Shawntelle Logan, who brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role of camp director. With a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education focusing on grades Pre-K through fourth, Shawntelle is well-equipped to create engaging and educational experiences for our campers. Her recent work as a para-professional at Luling Elementary School further strengthens her ability to connect with children and facilitate enriching activities. Shawntelle's passion for education and her dedication to the well-being of every camper ensure that our program provides a safe, supportive, and exciting environment for all participants.

How to Register

There are 3 steps you’ll need to complete to register your camper for imagination Camp.

  1. You will need to fill out the camp registration form to sign your camper up for the weeks they will attend. This form is created to handle registration for up to 3 campers who are attending together. If you are registering a party of more than 3 campers, you will submit the first 3 campers of your party on one registration form and then submit an additional registration form for the remaining campers.

  2. You will need to complete a camper information form for each the campers you registered.

  3. You will need to pay for the weeks you register for.

Each week a camper joins us costs $175. Week 2 is the exception due to Memorial Day. Week 2 will only be four days and will cost $140. We also offer a multiples discount for families registering multiple children after the first full priced child in the same week.

You may pay for camp with cash, check, or venmo.

However you make your payment, please make sure to provide your camper’s name in the memo.

Checks may be made out to: St. Charles United Methodist Church

Venmo may be paid to : @thebrittanymartin

After registration is completed our camp director will reach out to you with additional forms that will need to be signed before the beginning of camp.

Camp Staff must be 17 and up. Some teachers, para professionals, and adult bolunteers of kids programming at our church plan to serve throughout the summer. If you would like to apply to be on staff, contact the church office at 985-764-8292
